Refund policy

At Desperado Daddy, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not happy with your order, we offer a 5-day return policy under the following conditions:

Return Window: You may return your item(s) within 5 days of the delivery date. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns beyond this period.
Condition of Items: Items must be returned in their original, unused condition, with all tags attached. We reserve the right to refuse a return if the items show signs of wear, damage, or alterations.

Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for covering the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return is safely delivered.

Refund Process: Once we receive your returned item(s) and verify their condition, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable

Exchanges: At this time, we do not offer exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.

 

THERE ARE NO RETURNS ON VINTAGE OR HATS THAT PROCEEDS GO TO CHARITY
